After 40 years in the luxury residential construction field, you’re going to see quite a few different designs and styles! Some good, some not so good, and some that are great and just simply stand out above the rest. Luxe Home Plans was created to showcase and make available home designs that truly stand out.
My career began as a carpenter out west. After a few years honing my craft, I Ventured out, became a licensed contractor, and had the privilege of building high-end homes for some outstanding clients during that period of life. 20 years ago, I decided to specialize in one of my favorite parts of the homes I had built and focus solely on the Timber Frame portion of the homes. My company Accent Truss was created, and we have been very privileged to get to craft the timber for so many wonderful homes.
The team at Accent Truss is a dedicated group of highly skilled craftsmen that love what they do. While we don’t build the entire home, we do play a big part in the overall structure and aesthetics of the projects we are involved with. Accent Truss continues to operate and to date has provided heavy timber trusses and components for hundreds of luxury homes and commercial structures across the country including all the featured Luxe Homes you see here. - A fully dimensioned PDF file that is licensed to you for one-time use.
- The PDF files include all floor plans, elevations, section details, roof plans, electrical plans, and a suggested timber components sheet.
- We also include the auto cad files so that your local architect or designer can make any modifications you want and to make it suitable for your local municipality.
Where is your property located?
Most of these homes are built on Lake Keowee and our agreement with the original architect /builder prohibits us from selling these designs in that area.If your lot is in that area, please give us a call (843-214-0078) prior to purchasing the plan and we will put you in touch with the Architect/Builder.

Customizable For Your Needs
You've discovered an architectural plan you adore, but you envision the layout in a different orientation. All our plans are reversible, just let us know if that’s what you want. Maybe you're considering adding an extra bedroom, incorporating a home office, expanding the garage, or removing certain elements. Luxe Home Plans does not offer modifications currently, but we do include the original CAD files for your local professional to modify to your preferences and local requirements!

Livability The flow of a home is very important. Our designs place the most important everyday needs on the main level. Let’s face it- Most of your time at home is spent in the Great room, kitchen, and master bedroom. By keeping all these primary areas and outdoor living areas on the main level, day to day living in these homes is luxurious and efficient. The terrace levels and the upper floors contain other bedrooms, living areas, game rooms and others that may not be utilized every day, but are there when you need them.
